A few days ago, Australian customers who had communicated with us online visited our company to conduct a field investigation and further discuss the warehouse project that was previously negotiated.
Manager Zhang, the person in charge of foreign trade of the company, was responsible for receiving customers, and General Manager Yan helped to explain some technical related issues. Firstly, he demonstrated the operation function of the shuttle. Secondly, he showed the four-way shuttle demo system. During this period, General Manager Yan patiently explained the system characteristics, our unique design and advantages to customers. He gave satisfactory answers to all the questions raised by customers. We also invited customers to visit the assembly area so that customers can actually understand the production details of our core equipment and witness the ISO management specifications of our factory! Finally, we went to the conference room together to discuss the specific solutions for customer needs. Since the customer’s goods are large cabinets, non-standard design is required and the requirement of storage capacity is very high. Because of the high requirements, they have not yet received satisfactory solutions. During the meeting, our General Manager Yan gave a relatively reasonable solution suggestion, which can not only meet the space utilization rate, but also complete the storage of large goods. The customer praised General Manager Yan’s solution on the spot as the best solution among so many companies.
The on-site visit by the customer was successfully concluded. This face-to-face cross-border communication not only deepened the foreign customers’ understanding of us, but also fully affirmed our technical strength, paving the way for us to further expand overseas markets!
