Product Description
As the core equipment of the four-way intelligent dense warehouse , the 4-way shuttle mainly consists of frame assembly, electrical system, power supply system, drive system, lifting system, sensor system, etc.
The 4-way shuttle consists of two drive systems and two lifting systems. The two drive systems are responsible for the movement of the main and secondary aisles. One lifting system is responsible for lifting and lowering the goods, while the other is responsible for switching the drive between the main and secondary aisles. Both the main and secondary aisle movement uses brushless DC servo motors for speed regulation, resulting in a smooth speed curve and good operational stability. Both the main and secondary lifting devices use brushless DC motors and rely on a rack and pinion mechanism for ascent and descent.
The 4-way shuttle has five modes: remote control, manual, semi-automatic, on-board automatic, and online automatic.
It features multiple security protections and early warning systems, including regional security alarms, operational security alarms, and interactive security alarms.
